    Researcher/ Head of - Finds out what music, modes, colors ppl like best
    Compiler - Gets needed information like a list of ppl
    Creator - Work it out
    Programmer - Programs the app
    Distributioner - Person who puts it up for download
    New Idea Person - If you have a new idea for JUT then talk to this person
    New Modes Maker - Will put ideas into real modes for JUT
